Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
