Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in South Tyneside, England. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
