Trailer driver — Butts County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trailer driver in Butts County, Georgia. The job is at a container freight yard. Your main tasks: • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Rotating shifts.
