Fry cook — Daviess County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Daviess County, Indiana. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
