On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
