Now hiring: we are hiring a moulder in Lubbock County, Texas. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor The role involves: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale Six days a week, one day off.
