Bread and bun maker • Carter County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Carter County, Tennessee. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
