Now hiring: maintenance painter (Florida)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Levy County, Florida. You will work on commercial fit-out projects. On the job you will handle: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers Ideal candidate: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
