Gas pipe fitter — Montgomery County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Montgomery County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
