Plant operator — Routt County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Routt County, Colorado. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. You will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; check for underground cables and services before digging; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
