Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Angelina County, Texas. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 4+ years on the tools preferred.
