Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Mecosta County, Michigan. You will work in a CNC machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Rotating shifts.
