Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience.
