A cook is needed at a busy restaurant kitchen in Dange-Shuni, Sokoto State. Day-to-day work includes running a station during service, keeping HACCP records, preparing dishes to spec. Candidates should bring knowledge of food hygiene rules, speed under pressure and roughly 3 year(s) of experience. Schedule: rotating shifts, around 48 hours a week. Overtime is paid separately.
