Now hiring: we are hiring a construction labourer in Terrell County, Texas. You will be based on a building construction site. Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage On a typical shift you will mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
