Immediate opening: deboner (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Isle of Wight, England. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
