Concrete shuttering carpenter — Hardin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Hardin County, Ohio. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules On a typical shift you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
