Coating plant operator — Hettinger County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Hettinger County, North Dakota. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
