Immediate opening: we are hiring a road roller operator in Greeley County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures On a typical shift you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; check for underground cables and services before digging. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
