Join our team: powder coating operator (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Charlevoix County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
