We are recruiting: line assembler (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a line assembler in Crenshaw County, Alabama. You will work at a busy assembly plant. On the job you will handle: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses You should have: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
