Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles 3+ years on the tools preferred.
