Tower crane operator wanted in Norman County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Norman County, Minnesota. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. Day-to-day duties: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Requirements: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Current medical and eyesight certificate Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
