The role involves: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 3+ years on the tools preferred.
