Immediate opening: final inspection operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Bath and North East Somerset, England. You will work at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. The role involves record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols 6+ years on the tools preferred.
