On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
