Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile mason in Armstrong County, Texas. Day to day you will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
