Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in San Miguel County, New Mexico. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Part-time with flexible hours.
