Kitchen cook — Kiyawa

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kiyawa, Jigawa State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
