Join our team: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Dunklin County, Missouri. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day-to-day duties: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Six days a week, one day off.
