Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in Caribou County, Idaho. You will be based on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
