Oven operator — Gratiot County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Gratiot County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
