Concrete pump mate — Richmond County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Richmond County, New York. You will work at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours The role involves carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
