Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a packaging facility. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them • Move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley • Check products against the sample for colour, size and finish • Record output figures and downtime on the production log What we are looking for: • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Keen eye for detail on quality checks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
