Machine assembly operator — North Yorkshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in North Yorkshire, England. You will work at an automotive parts factory. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
