Backhoe operator — Decatur County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Decatur County, Iowa. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. The role involves dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
