Deboner wanted in Wayne County

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Wayne County, Tennessee. You will work in a meat processing plant. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
