Rough terrain crane operator — Sheridan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Sheridan County, Nebraska. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
