Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC inspector in Polk County, Oregon. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
