Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Owan West, Edo. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
