Motor grader operator — Lee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Lee County, Georgia. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. The role involves excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; check for underground cables and services before digging. Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
