Immediate opening: oven operator (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in King and Queen County, Virginia. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
