JCB operator — Ashland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a JCB operator in Ashland County, Wisconsin. The job is in an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination On a typical shift you will check for underground cables and services before digging; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
