Powder coater — Pasquotank County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Pasquotank County, North Carolina. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
