Kitchen porter — Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
