Urgent requirement: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Mills County, Iowa. The job is in an occupied house during renovation. On a typical shift you will apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
