Conventional mill operator — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Douglas County, Georgia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
