Great opportunity: oven operator (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Pecos County, Texas. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
