Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Delta County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 6+ years on the tools preferred.
