Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Marshall County, Minnesota. You will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
